HUAWEI will deliver the Mate Xs to your doorstep on March 20

Despite the launch of Movement Control Order by the Malaysian government, the HUAWEI Mate Xs set to launch today will go on. However, HUAWEI will be offering a VIP home delivery service to make sure that customers stay safe at home.

With HUAWEI’s first VIP home delivery service, every purchase of the HUAWEI Mate Xs will be delivered from the e-commerce store to the customers’ doorstep. Of course, customers can also choose to go to their preferred HUAWEI store to collect the Mate Xs if they ordered it online.

HUAWEI will also make sure all dispatchers sanitise the parcel in front of you before handing it over, so you can get your parcel worry-free. In addition, you can get after-sales service via the contact details that will be provided to you alongside the parcel.

For those who are worried about the foldable device’s screen, HUAWEI will also be offering a three months warranty on screen replacement. This starts from the date of purchase and is a one-time warranty that covers accidental damage — so if you accidentally drop it and the screen cracked, you can get the screen replaced.
