HUAWEI Malaysia has announced today that its flagship Mate 9 phone will support Voice over LTE (VoLTE) calls on U Mobile’s 4G network nationwide including East Malaysia. VoLTE is a voice calling technology will use the LTE networking to provide support for HD voice, HD video and rich media services for its users.
By extending its support to U Mobile, the HUAWEI Mate 9 is the only device to support all major telco companies that provide VoLTE, the company is very focused on improving their mobile devices and extend VoLTE support to even more of its flagship devices. The device is powered by the new Kirin 960 chipset, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage, 20MP rear camera, and 8MP front-facing camera. It is available in Champagne Gold, Mocha Brown and Black.
