HTC fans will be in for a treat as the company will be bringing in two new smartphones to the Malaysian market on the 26h of December: the HTC Desire 10 pro, and the HTC One A9s.
We begin with the HTC Desire 10 pro, a smartphone that is inspired by the Art Deco movement. Sporting a new look with a high-contrast metallic gold contour design that outlines the smartphone’s matte finish, the Desire 10 pro is powered by a Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 processor, 4GBB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage space that is expandable for up to 2TB of storage via microSD cards. The HTC Desire 10 pro also features a 3,000mAh battery and an ultra-fast fingerprint sensor that is multi-functional.
For imaging, the HTC Desire 10 pro sports a 20MP rear camera with pro-like features, giving you DSLR-like control over your photos and preset options. Other features include Electronic Image Stabilization, Auto HDR, and a laser autofocus. Selfie lovers can look forward to the Desire 10 pro’s 13MP front camera that features the brand new Selfie Panorama mode. With this feature, you’ll be able to capture a 150-degree selfie, perfect for those large group selfies. The Desire 10 pro will retail for RM1,699.
Alongside the Desire 10 pro, HTC will also be introducing the One A9s. Encased in a dual-finish metal body, the One A9s comes with a 5″ screen and is powered by a Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. The One A9s sports a 2,300 mAh battery, and much like the Desire 10 pro, it comes with a multi-functional fingerprint scanner.
Imaging on the One A9s is done via the 13MP rear camera that comes with autofocus for sharp, clear photos. The rear camera also features a BSI sensor, and the software supports enhanced editing control via RAW capture in Pro mode. For selfies, the One A9s comes with a 5MP front camera with software that allows you to take selfies with your voice. Alternatively, you can set it so that the One A9s captures selfies automatically whenever it detects a smile. The One A9s will retail for RM 1,159.
