HTC Malaysia has officially announced the availability of the highly anticipated HTC U11+. They have managed to get a bigger battery and screen and placed it into a body that is slender compared to its predecessor.
The U11+ now comes with a 6-inch screen and an 18:9 aspect ratio display making it perfect for watching your favourite videos and movies. Supporting the screen is a 3,930mAh capacity battery and they have brought back Edge Sense, the squeeze feature that you can map to a function or for launching an app. BoomSound has also be improved with 30% more volume increase and for private listening, the USonic headphones makes a come back to give you a personalized audio experience.
The HTC U11+ comes equipped with a Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage making it a really decent contender in the high-end phone range. The camera has been improved over its predecessor, the rear houses a 12MP camera with HDR Boost and noise reduction technology.
On the front, is an 8MP camera which comes with the same features as the rear camera, allowing you to take the perfect selfie even in low light. The HTC U11+ also comes with the same video quality as the U11, UltraSpeed autofocus and Acoustic Focus with 360-degree audio recording also makes a comeback.
The U11+ is available in Translucent Black beginning mid-January 2018 in Malaysia. Customers that place a pre-order online at Lazada, 11street and Shopee from 15 to 21 January 2018 will get a special pre-order edition with freebies. It will be officially released on the 22 January 2018 and comes with a price tag of RM3,099.
