honor is back again with its latest unveiling of the honor 5C, a mid-range phone with flagship features and user experience. Packed with the all new Kirin 650 chipset and a large capacity battery of 3000 mAh, the honor 5C offers better performance in a value-for-money proposition.
With the 5C powered by the Kirin 650 chipset, the device delivers an increase of 65% in terms of overall CPU performance. honor has also increased your gaming experience on the 5C with its Mali-T830 GPU, which they have mentioned will ensure a 100% increase in GPU performance. By using this chipset and GPU pair, power consumption has been increased by 40%, making the battery life even longer since honor has already been well-known for its long battery life.
Camera-wise, the honor 5C is fitted with a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and 78-degree angle 5-element macro lens, which is also anti-reflective, oleophobic and infrared-absorbing, which means photos will be clearer and sharper. If you are a selfie-lover, then with the 5C’s 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture and 77-degree wide angle lens, your selfie addiction will be satiated. Paired with the addition of more filters to play around with, your photos will always look great.
The honor 5C is created from aircraft-grade aluminium-alloy body with a 5.2-inch Full HD display, and features dual antennas and an integrated speaker box with smart power amplifier – something that is not commonly seen in midrange smartphone segment.
The honor 5C is priced at RM799 for the grey and silver coloured variants, while the 5C in gold will cost you RM849. They will be available on VMall Malaysia and Lazada Malaysia, with pre-orders starting on 20 June 2016 onwards.
