HONOR announced today that the HONOR View20 will be launched on 22 January 2019 in Paris, France, and it will be HONOR’s first smartphone with in-screen camera.
The View20 is also going to come with a 48MP camera that is powered by Sony IMX586 sensor, and the camera is said to have 4x sensor HDR and also 4-in-1 light fusion, and it seems that the smartphone will be powered by the Kirin 980 chipset whereby the AI technology will be able to assist in producing HD 48MP photos.
Besides that, HONOR also hinted that View20 will come with a feature called Link Turbo, which means that the smartphone is capable of switching between 4G network and WiFi to allow simultaneous downloading of documents or media to ensure that the download speed is at its highest efficiency.
While HONOR has yet to reveal any other information on the View20, the smartphone is said to have a 25MP front camera on its in-screen camera. The global launch of the View20 is in January next year, but the smartphone will also be launching in Beijing on 26 December this year.
