Honor has announced that it will begin its rollout of the EMUI 5.0 update for its Honor 6X users in Malaysia starting today, this update will come with Android 7.0 with the aim of improving the experience of the phone.
Honor stated that the EMUI 5.0 is created to be a gorgeous and simplistic user interface that is design to make life easier, the new update will come with a Machine Learning Algorithm which studies your usage habits and optimizes the phone’s processing priorities to cater to your needs, giving you a device that stays fast. The company has also included an aesthetics upgrade with the addition of the Aegean Sea blue theme and the new interface will promote an increase in productivity by allowing you to access most of the features within three clicks.
With a lot of security threats going around, the importance of security has risen and with that, the new update will include an effective virus scan that detects known and unknown viruses. The update even goes further by scanning the hyperlinks in real time so users will be alerted if any scams or viruses are detected.
The new update can be downloaded through the system update feature in the phone to make the Honor 6X a truly complete phone.
