The Honor Magic3 series has been officially launched globally today, revealing the Magic3, Magic3 Pro and Magic3 Pro+.
Both devices come with a 6.76-inch Flex OLED screen with an 89º curved display. They also support a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR 10+, in addition to sporting a a pill-shaped cutout on the front.
The Magic3 series uses a Snapdragon 888+ chip
These phones are equipped with the new Snapdragon 888+ chipset, but they’re not the first — Xiaomi took the spot by announcing the Mi MIX 4 two days earlier. Both the HONOR Magic3 and Magic3 Pro have a 4,600mAh battery; they support 66W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
When it comes to the camera department, the HONOR Magic3 series equips a circular module for both models. Both phones have a 50MP wide camera with f/1.9 aperture, a 64MP monochrome lens with f/1.8 aperture and a 13MP ultrawide with f/2.2 aperture. However, the Magic3 Pro has an extra telephoto camera that uses a 64MP periscope lens.
HONOR Magic3 Pro+ is confirmed
HONOR also introduced the Magic3 Pro+ with a stronger display that uses platinum-based materials and nano crystalline glass. The Magic 3 Pro+ is available in Ceramic White and Ceramic Black, sporting the same display size and refresh rate as its siblings.
It comes with a quad-camera setup that consists of a 50MP wide camera, three 64MP lenses and an 8×8 dTOF sensor. The Magic3 Pro+ has a 1/1.28-inch sensor, an upgrade as compared to the Magic3’s 1/1.56-inch sensor.
The HONOR Magic3 Pro+ also houses the Snapdragon 888+ chip. Storage-wise, this phone has 12GB of RAM paired with 512GB of storage — that’s the only configuration for the Magic 3 Pro+. It also has a 4,600mah and support same charging speeds as the other two models.
The HONOR Magic3 is priced at €899, the HONOR Magic3 Pro at €1099 and the HONOR Magic3 Pro+ at €1,499. It will be sold in China before reaching to other markets. The local availability and pricing for these phones have not been revealed.
