Today, Honda Malaysia has officially launched the completely re-engineered All-New CR-V which officers comprehensive suite of new, class-leading features from its exterior, interior, advanced powertrain to advanced safety technology.
All-New CR-V owners will feel the power and noticeably outstanding driving performance because, for the first time in a CR-V model, customers will be given three options of turbo variants, 1.5L Turbocharged Premium 2WD, 1.5L Turbocharged 2WD, and 1.5L Turbocharged 4WD. A 2.0L i-VTEC 2WD variant will also be available. Both engine sizes will have Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) to provide a balance of driving performance and fuel efficiency as well as paddle shift to give a more precise driving experience.
The car has also received a major makeover for the exterior giving more ground clearance of 198mm on the 2WD and 208mm on the 4WD, comparing to the previous generation of 170mm. Most of the lights have been converted to LED lights like the headlights, daytime running lights, tail lights, brake lights and front fog lights giving you better illuminations at night.
The cabin space has been given an improvement with 90mm more leg space and seat configurations for transporting goods that will give you a cargo space of up to 1,084 litres. This is complemented by the Programmable Power Tailgate, where customers can easily control the height and opening of the tailgate with a one-push button and stop and hold programmable height.
Interior wise, it is equipped with a 7-inch Advanced Display Audio which supports Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto. Other than that, it comes with Dual-Zone air conditionings to ensure front and rear passengers are comfortable and a rear USB port to easily charge their devices. The handbrake of the car has been removed and replaced with an Electronic Parking Brake which frees up space and the Auto Brake Hold will make driving in congested traffic more bearable, with a push of a button the vehicle stationary position is held without the need of stepping the breaks.
For the first time, Honda Malaysia introduced Honda SENSING to assist drivers manoeuvring potentially dangerous driving conditions. The feature provides three categories of safety suite that consists of:

- Adaptive Cruise Control
- Low-Speed Follow
- Frontal Collision Deterrence
- Forward Collision Warning
- Collision Mitigation Braking System
- Side Collision Deterrence
- Lane Departure Warning
- Road Departure Mitigation
- Lane Keep Assist System
Other safety features include Vehicle Stability Assist, Agile Handling Assist, Hill Start Assist, Emergency Stop Signal, Electronic Brake Distribution, Anti-lock Braking System, and Multi-Angle Rearview Camera.
The All-New CR-V is available in five colours, Dark Olive Metallic, White Orchid Pearl, Obsidian Blue Pearl, Lunar Sliver Metallic and Modern Steel Metallic and will come with a price tag of:
- 2.0L 2WD priced at RM142,400
- 1.5L Turbocharged 2WD priced at RM155,700
- 1.5L Turbocharged 4WD priced at RM161,600
- 1.5L Turbocharged Premium 2WD priced at RM167,700

To further enhance the experience, three accessories packages are being offered, The Utility Package priced at RM1,165 includes cargo tray, cargo net, trunk organiser, sun shade and door protector film. The Urban Package which comes with door visor, rear bumper protector and illuminated side step is priced at RM1,790 and The Aero Package for the 2.0L and 1.5L will be priced at RM5,900 and RM5,700 respectively and offers front aero bumper, running board, rear aero bumper and exhaust pipe finisher for the 2.0L 2WD only.
