Grab introduces its on-demand delivery service called GrabExpress

Grab is definitely the leading e-hailing service in Malaysia right now, and with its services such as GrabFood and GrabPay, the number of the app’s users only continue increasing. However, Grab doesn’t stop there as the company continues to expand by introducing GrabExpress, an on-demand delivery service.

This service that was in beta stage in 2018 is now officially available in Klang Valley area in addition to the previous selected areas such as Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur City Centre and KL Sentral.

GrabExpress allows users to deliver various kind of items such as documents, parcels, gifts to other individuals that are in the covered areas so you won’t have to worry anymore if you’ve forgotten your items at home or you’re rushing to deliver an item yet don’t have the time for it.

Malaysia is also not the only country that supports GrabExpress because this service is also available in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines. That aside, GrabExpress also offers insurance coverage up to RM500 so you can rest assure to let the app handle your documents and parcels.

With the launch of the service, Grab now offers RM5 off for one delivery for every first time user with the promo code ‘GRABEXPRESS’ and this is limited to the first 1000 redemptions.
