Instant Apps, a feature that was first previewed at the Google I/O event, will soon be made available to the public in an attempt to collect user feedback and iterate on how the feature will work before being made publically available.

For those who don’t know what Instant Apps is, Instant Apps is a feature that allows some applications to run without requiring said application to be installed on the device in the first place. This feature will be made available for apps by BuzzFeed, Periscope, Viki and Wish, allowing users to use the apps associated with them without needing to install them.

Developers who are looking to tinker with Instant Apps will not be able to do so for now although they are allowed to register their interest in the feature here. Those interested in making their apps Instant App-ready will need to follow the guidelines that Google has published.
