Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ might equip with 3000 mAh batteries

The Samsung Unpacked event is just a few hours to go and the main stars will be the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 Edge+. However, both of the devices enjoyed resulted in more than a few leaks and easily been identified, what the phones look like and what is under the hood. Still, there are a few unanswered questions remaining – that will be the battery capacity.

Fortunately, there are leaks that indicate both Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ will equip 3000 mAh batteries.  This will be a disappointment for most of the Note fans because this would be a downgrade instead of an upgrade. The battery capacity for both of the devices is very important because neither of the devices will offer replaceable battery. Eventually, all Samsung GalaxyNote 5 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ will require more juice rather than bringing a power bank around.

But, that doesn’t necessarily mean that the phablet will last less than the Note 4 and Note 3. Because the new Galaxy phablet will be equipped with Samsung’s own Exynos 7420 SoC, which has more power efficient. Everyone knew that Samsung has a screen that can slash power consumption with each generation of Super AMOLED technology.

Let’s hope for the best because battery life has always been a key selling point of the Samsung Galaxy phablets series and it will be a shame for the Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge+ to take a step backward on battery life.
