While U Mobile offers its prepaid customers 1GB of high speed data for life as long as they stay activated with a minimum RM10 top up, Digi is now catching up to the competition by offering its Digi Smart Prepaid users an additional 8GB of LTE quota data in the weekends for life, users should take note that the quota is split into 2GB for every weekend, this offer is also available to current customers as well and all they need to do is to dial *888*6# to get it activated, no minimum credit top up is required as well. In addition, Digi also seems to be secretly offering unlimited high speed internet from 1AM-7AM for its Smart Prepaid, a feature that is similar to Celcom’s Xpax Burung Hantu service.
The Digi Smart Prepaid starter pack can be purchased at Digi’s website or any Digi Stores nationwide at RM10 including GST, there is RM7 of credit with a one week validity and free basic internet. On top of that, you will also be able to enjoy value added services such as unlimited music streaming with Digi Music Freedom, 100GB of Capture cloud storage, My Contacts backup service and 12 months of full iflix access.
