After a long absence in the laptop market, Samsung is returning with four new laptops at CES, all of which caters to different segments of the market.

The first two laptops that Samsung introduced at CES are part of the company’s Chromebook line. The Samsung Chromebook Plus and Chromebook Pro comes with a sleek metal body as well as a 360-degree rotating screen that allows it to turn from a laptop into a tablet in a single snap. Both laptops sport a quad HD screen and will feature a digitizer pen. The Chromebook Plus will be powered by an ARM CPU while the Chromebook Pro comes with an Intel Core m3 processor.

Moving on, Samsung has the new 15″ Notebook 9. Made for maximum performance and mobility, the Note 9 is powered by a 7th-gen Intel Kaby Lake processor as well as a discrete GPU to tackle hardware intensive tasks.

Finally, we have the Samsung Notebook Odyssey, the company’s first foray into the highly competitive gaming notebook space. Available in 15″ and 17″ variants, the 15″ Notebook Odyssey will come with a 7th-gen Intel Core i7 processor with up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM, up to 256GB SSD and HDD dual storage, as well as a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card. Details on the 17″ variant will be made available in Spring.
