WONDEROAM comes in three packages – the 1 DAY SOCIAL RM10, 1 DAY INTERNET RM38 and 1 WEEK RM138, they are now available for Celcom First customers so if you are travelling soon, this is something worth looking into.
Prior to this, Celcom has already offered customers a flat rate of RM38/day and the daily data roaming service is now available in more than 160 countries with two preferred operators, which users can now truly data roam in more countries without worrying about sudden bill shocks.
Celcom First Gold and XPAX Prepaid customers can opt to subscribe to the WONDEROAM 1 DAY SOCIAL RM10 plan if users are looking to use mostly social media applications when travelling abroad, users will get to have 1GB of quota for Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp, free 50MB Hi-Speed Internet and 50MB Basic Internet, it can be done by dialing the *118# USSD when connected to Celcom’s roaming partner, this package however, is only offered in 10 countries in the beginning stages, which includes Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Cambodia, India and Macau.
Available in 10 countries and exclusively for Celcom First Gold and First Platinum postpaid customers, the WONDEROAM 1 WEEK RM138 is the ultimate value plan for the heavy users, as you are getting 3GB of data and able to make and receive unlimited calls and text at RM138/week. Should you exceed the allocated data quota for the social and weekly plan, Celcom says that it will automatically block your data access to avoid excess bill charges and the same will apply if you are not connected to the Celcom’s roaming partner when you are roaming abroad, hence the WONDEROAM roaming service is made to be worry free for travelers.
In addition, Celcom has also teased us with an upcoming Celcom First Platinum postpaid plan, which will be available tomorrow and offers more data quota than the existing most talked about First Gold plan with unlimited calls and text.
