It seems like the Hello Kitty craze isn’t dying just yet before the year ends, after having appeared on tech products like the Acer Revo One desktop and a locally made 2-in-1 Windows tablet, the character is making its way on to a Baby-G watch, the model in question is the BA-120. Marketed as the BA-120KT, the watch’s dial and band are patterned with graffiti Baby-G and Hello Kitty tags, as you can see on the picture, it also has the character’s distinctive ribbon printed on the dial. Furthermore, the BA-120KT is engraved with an originally designed Hello Kitty image with a clock face.
Apart from all the cosmetics, the BA-120KT possesses features of the BA-120 series, such as 100m water resistance and a shock-resistant construction, support for world time on 29 time zones, stopwatch and countdown timer features, and a 2-year battery life. The BA-120KT will come with a specially designed packaging that includes a special card featuring the originally designed Hello Kitty image. Casio has already launched the watch in its homeland, but it should be making its way over to Malaysian shores really soon, so do check with your nearest G-Factory stores on the availability.
