If you’re planning to bring your Canon device for service, we’d suggest that you bring it for service soon as Canon Customer Care Center in Plaza Low Yat will move its operations on 1 January 2019 to Highpoint Service Center which is also located at Plaza Low Yat.
From now until 28th December 2018, the Canon Customer Care Center will still be accepting cameras and printers for servicing as well as managing collections. However, the center will not be operating on 29 to 30 December 2018 to facilitate a transfer of operations to Highpoint Service Centre beginning on 1 January 2019.
From 1 January 2019 onwards, customers who wish to bring their Canon device for repair would have to go to Highpoint Service Centre located at Lot 4.20 on the 4th floor of Plaza Low Yat. Customers will also enjoy increased convenience with Highpoint Service Centre’s extended operating hours from 10.30 am to 9.00 pm daily.
