For those of you that love liquid cooling, the ROG motherboards will come with dedicated pump headers for custom loops and all-in-one coolers and intelligent fan controls. Sensor grouping allows your cooling system to detect different loads on selected graphics cards.
Thanks to the Aura Sync ecosystem, all the LEDs on the board and LED strips installed into the casing will work in harmony with each other and the newest SupremeFX integrated audio will provide enhanced recording quality for streamers that want their voices to come out clearly.
The I/O ports you will get include, USB 3.1 Gen2 with Type-C ports, internal headers with speeds up to 10Gbps, onboard WiFI and Intel Gigabit networking, you can also add Intel’s new Optane Memory as a high-speed cache.
As for the Prime family, it will come with extensive overclocking and cooling options for both UEFI and software. With the 5-way Optimisation, it can intelligently overclock your system and tune the cooling based on the characteristics of your components. There are also multiple headers for LEDenthusiasts which is supported by the Auro Sync products and comes with dedicated headers for all-in-one liquid coolers and stand-alone pumps. The Prime motherboard also supports three-way graphics configurations and the x16 slots are reinforced with the SafeSlot technology to prevent damage. For sound, it will utilise the Realtek S1220A codec paired with an amplifier and premium components that produce crystal clear sounds.
Finally, is the TUF motherboards which use tougher components than conventional motherboards giving you more balance on what you will use these motherboards for.
Keeping its profile low-key, the new boards minimises RGB lighting to concentrate on different areas.
