ASUS announces Zenbook 14 OLED with 14th Gen Intel Core CPU

The tech launch craze in 2023 hasn’t quite ended yet, as ASUS has announced its new Zenbook 14 OLED that’s powered by the 14th Gen Intel Core CPUs, which is fondly known as the Meteor Lake CPUs, and probably the most interesting CPU ever on a laptop, because aside from dropping the usual ‘i’ moniker for its processor models and now known as the Core Ultra for the H-Series chips, it is also the first Intel CPU to incorporate an NPU for AI applications.

The Zenbook 14 OLED doesn’t look too different from its predecessor as it features the familiar minimalist chassis with the signature ASUS ‘A’ geometric design, the laptop can be powered up to a Core Ultra 9 processor, 32GB DDR5 RAM and 1TB of storage.

Featuring a 14.5-inch ASUS Lumina OLED display that pushes 3K resolution at 120Hz, the Zenbook 14 OLED comes with generous I/O like its predecessor such as two Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB-A port and a full-sized HDMI 2.1 port, a 75Whr battery powers it on the go and offers up to 15 hours of battery life, and despite being a feature packed laptop, it weighs just 1.2kg and measures 14.9mm.

At this time of writing, ASUS Malaysia hasn’t provided information on pricing and availability, but it has teased that it is coming to Malaysia very soon.
