The new AirPods are equipped with an all-new Apple H1 headphone chip which promotes various enhancements including faster connections, longer talk time and also the new hands-free “Hey Siri” feature. “AirPods delivered a magical wireless experience and have become one of the most beloved products we’ve ever made. They connect easily with all of your devices, and provide crystal clear sound and intuitive, innovative control of your music and audio,” said Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing.

The new AirPods are not only better in terms of audio quality, but they also come with wireless charging support and weighs at 4g each. On the other hand, its Wireless Charging Case weighs only 40g, and is Qi-compatible.

The AirPods are said to be able to provide five hours of music playback and three hours of talk time in a full charge. 15 minutes of charging will give an additional three hours music playback and two hours talk time, while its Wireless Charging Case offers multiple charges leading to more than a day of music playback.
