Apple Watch Series 3 will retail from RM1549

Apple hasn’t just announced the pricing of its iPhone X earlier today, it has also announced the retail price for the Apple Watch Series 3, and unlike the overpriced iPhone X, Watch Series 3 still has a rather decent starting price tag of RM1549 for the Sports 38mm casing model, the Watch Series 3 will be offered in GPS-only model at this point of time with the standard and Nike sport band, Apple will start accepting orders of the Watch Series 3 on the Apple Online Store starting October 20th.

Apple Watch Series 3 features a number of upgrades from its predecessor, one of it is support for LTE connections, which isn’t available here yet, the watch is now also swimproof for both fresh and salt water, and it also features a faster processor onboard. In addition, Apple has also made fitness tracking a priority on the latest watchOS 4, and has also included more interesting watch faces. During Apple’s event last month, the company has claimed that the Apple Watch is now the No. 1 best-selling watch, exceeding premium watchmakers such as Rolex and Tag.

With the Watch Series 3 being released, Apple has discontinued the Watch Series 2 but if you don’t need the greatest and latest, the Apple Watch Series 1 is still available for purchase right now from RM1149, but we’d say its worth paying the extra cash for what the Watch Series 3 is capable of.
