Apple Store app adds new Siri shortcuts for checking order status

Apple has launched a new update on their Apple Store app for iOS devices with support for Siri shortcuts which is also an iOS 12 feature. iPhone users could create custom voice commands to check on product availability and the status of a recent order that you’ve placed.

The Siri shortcuts can be used without the need to open the Apple Store app, allowing users to get the information that they want without hassle.

To create the Siri shortcut, simply go into the Apple Store app, click on “My Orders” and you would be able to see a button that writes “Add to Siri” which will allow you to check your order status. Other than that, when viewing an in-store pickup options for an item, you can use the “Add to Siri” button to create custom Siri shortcut.

The Apple Store app is an app designed to let users get info on Apple products and place orders from iOS devices, can be downloaded from the App Store for free.
