The next week or so will be a busy one as IFA 2016 takes place in Berlin tomorrow. Once the festivities in Berlin is done and dusted, Apple will be taking center stage as the Cupertino-based company has just send out invites for an upcoming event on the 7th of September.
While the invite itself is vague, with nothing more than out of focus lights and the words “see you on the 7th,” the rumours are saying that Apple will finally unveil the iPhone 7. The iPhone 7 has been the subject of numerous leaks of course. These leaks state that the iPhone 7 will come in 32GB, 64GB and 256GB variants. Also rumoured is the redesigned Force Touch Home Button, as well as a new dual-camera system. Of course, no iPhone 7 leak is complete without the mention of Apple allegedly removing the 3.5mm headphone jack. Whether or not all these rumours are true, we’ll just have to wait and see.
Of course, the event won’t only be focusing on the iPhone 7. The Apple Watch 2 as well as the new MacBook Pros are expected to be among the products showcased at the event. Needless to say, if you’re an Apple diehard, mark the 7th of September in your calendar.
