Apple launches (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition iPhone 8 and 8 Plus

The iPhone 8 may have been overshadowed by the more expensive iPhone X, however Apple isn’t going to make you forget that as it has introduced the (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition of the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, coated in a stunning red finish and aluminum frame. Unlike the (PRODUCT)RED iPhone 7, the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus will feature a black glass frame on the front, which compliments the red finishing perfectly.

When you buy the special edition iPhone 8, a portion of proceeds from the purchase will go directly to GLobal Fund HIV/AIDS that provide testing, counseling, treatment and prevention programs. Apple has been a (PRODUCT)RED donor for 11 years, and has since donated more than $160 million to the Global Fund by selling special edition (PRODUCT)RED products.

Apart from launching the special red edition iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, Apple has also introduced a new (PRODUCT)RED iPhone X Leather Folio, which is crafted from specially tanned and finished European leather. The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus (PROUDCT)RED Special Edition will be available in storage options of 64GB and 256GB, customers can purchase them starting April 10th for the same price as the standard iPhone 8 and 8 Plus.
