It isn’t common to hear of affordable gaming monitors with high refresh rates and curved panels, AOC is however refining that with the launch of its new curved 32-inch (actual size at 31.5-inch) AGON gaming monitor, the AG322FCX supports AMD’s FreeSync and 144Hz refresh rate for a smooth tear-free gaming experience, it uses a vertical alignment (VA) panel that produces a low 4ms response time and covers 85% of NTSC color gamut. While these features do sound decent, the monitor however produces a fairly low 1920×1080 resolution with no support for HDMI 2.0 and doesn’t come with a built-in speaker, which explains its affordable price point but still, you are actually saving a huge sum of cash considering that it can be owned for RM1,888.

The AGON II AG322FCX has a number of gamer centric features, which includes a scene light on the back that allows changing of colors between red, green or blue. Game Mode allows fast changes to image settings, while Game Color is able to boost saturation and grey levels with 20 levels of details for a better gaming experience. Eye protection features such as flicker free and low bluelight are also included as well. As this is the first model of the AGON Gaming series monitor, AOC is retailing the current RM1,888 price for a limited time.
