The third generation AirPods is supposedly launching this year and a leaked image has revealed the AirPods 3 to sport a design similar to the AirPods Pro.
AirPods 3’s design is very, very familiar

The stems on the AirPods 3 will be shorter than the previous AirPods models, but unlike renders that suggest the AirPods 3 to come with an in-ear design, the leaked image reveals an open-ear design — we’re not certain which information is true at the time of writing.
It’s like the AirPods Pro without ANC
Apart from that, the AirPods 3 will also have a slightly wider charging case — again, like the AirPods Pro’s. They’re also expected to support Spatial Audio like the premium AirPods Pro and AirPods Max, but Apple won’t be including ANC.
These earbuds are expected to launch during Apple’s March event, but we still don’t have the full details yet.
