With the Government implementing tourist tax on Malaysians that are visiting other states in our country, finding a place to stay such as hotels and other forms of established accommodations might become a slightly bigger hassle, but there is always that useful and friendly app called Airbnb which just got a whole lot better with a new feature that they plan to roll out this month.
Homeowners can now implement a step-by-step photographic guide to check-in or finding the place altogether and this feature is also available offline for those that are traveling to locations where Internet connection is a privilege. This feature is very beneficial to both visitors and homeowners as some situations have come up where it is extremely tedious to find the location and I experienced this first hand on my trip to Camerons last month where Google Maps could not tell us the roads to take.
This new feature could potentially bring in more host and guest to try out the app and increase the ratings of hosts that implement this feature into their listing, as hosts that own accommodations which are straight forward to check-in could use this feature to instead, show the roads that would lead up to the location.
