Acer Malaysia has added new devices to the Predator gaming lineup, and the highlight of the event is the predator Triton 700 laptop that comes with an overclockable NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 with Max-Q design and a low profile N-Key Roll Over mechanical keyboard.
The Triton 700 receives its innovation from the Predator 21X and packs powerful hardware into its slim 18.9 mm thin aluminium chassis for the perfect balance of size, performance and features. Powering the laptop is a 7th Gen Intel Core processors alongside two NVMe PCIe SSDs in RAID 0 configuration wand up to 32GB of DDR4 240MHz RAM making it the best laptop for speed and storage amount.
The laptop also keeps cool thanks to Acer’s unique Dual AeroBlade 3D Fan which comes with the world’s thinnest metal blade at only 0.1mm.
This system allows the laptop to pull in 35% more airflow effectively an addition to that, it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass plat above the keyboard which covers the laptops’ cooling systems and functions as a precision touchpad.
The VR-Read laptop also offers a 15.6-inch FHD IPS display supporting NVIDIA G-Sync for a smooth and immersive gameplay which is further enhanced with 120Hz refresh rate and 300 Nits high brightness.
There is also Acer TrueHarmony and Dolby Atmos surround sound so gamers can enjoy audio with crisp and rich acoustics adding to the immersion. The Triton 700 also features Killer DoubleShot Pro technology with will pick the fastest connection, either wireless or Ethernet depending on the connection coming in.
On the ports side, Acer was nice enough to include Thunderbolt 3 connectivity which allows for 4K video output, this allows it to support three-monitor surround gaming.
There are two options available for Malaysian users, the first is the mentioned GTX 1080 setup and the other comes with a GTX 1060. Both are available for purchase at all authorised Acer resellers nationwide and Acer Online Store for a price of RM13,999 for the GTX 1080 variant and RM9,999 for the GTX 1060 variant.
