Acer is doubling down on Snapdragon-powered laptops with the introduction of the new Swift Spin 14 AI and Aspire Go 15, expanding its Windows AI PC lineup across both premium and mainstream segments.
Leading the announcement is the Swift Spin 14 AI, a premium convertible Copilot+ PC powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon X2 Elite and Snapdragon X2 Plus processors. Meanwhile, the Aspire Go 15 becomes Acer’s first laptop powered by the new Snapdragon C platform, targeting users looking for affordable everyday computing with improved efficiency and battery life.
As AI-powered Windows laptops continue gaining momentum, Acer appears to be positioning the Swift Spin 14 AI as a serious alternative to Intel and AMD ultraportables by combining strong AI performance, long battery life and a highly portable convertible design.
Snapdragon X2 Elite Powers Acer’s Latest AI Laptop
At the core of the Swift Spin 14 AI is Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon X2 Elite and X2 Plus platforms, featuring dedicated NPUs capable of delivering up to 80 TOPS of AI performance.
Acer says the laptop is designed for users who constantly multitask across productivity, AI-assisted workflows, content creation and hybrid work environments. The Snapdragon platform also enables advanced on-device AI experiences without relying heavily on cloud processing.
In real-world usage, this translates into faster AI-enhanced features, improved responsiveness and better power efficiency compared to traditional x86 laptops.
The Swift Spin 14 AI additionally supports up to three external 4K monitors, making it suitable for multi-display productivity setups both at home and in office environments.
Up To 23 Hours Battery Life
Battery life is clearly one of the Swift Spin 14 AI’s biggest highlights.
Acer claims the laptop can deliver up to 23 hours of video playback and up to 16.5 hours of web browsing on a single charge, helping eliminate the constant need to search for charging outlets during travel or long work sessions.
Fast charging is also supported through a 100W USB4 Type-C charging solution, allowing users to quickly top up the battery when needed.
Combined with the power efficiency advantages of Snapdragon’s ARM-based architecture, the Swift Spin 14 AI looks heavily focused on mobile professionals and students who prioritise portability and unplugged usage.
Convertible Design With Stylus Support
Unlike traditional ultraportables, the Swift Spin 14 AI adopts a 360-degree convertible form factor, allowing the device to switch between laptop, presentation, tent and tablet modes depending on usage scenarios.
The laptop features a 14-inch WUXGA touchscreen display with support for Acer’s Active Stylus 420, which is bundled together with the device.
Using Wacom AES 2.0 technology, the stylus supports 4,096 pressure levels and tilt detection for more natural writing and drawing experiences. Acer also includes a built-in stylus garage that securely stores and charges the pen when not in use.
For creators, students and professionals regularly working with handwritten notes, annotations or digital sketches, this flexibility could become one of the Swift Spin 14 AI’s biggest selling points.

Acer is also heavily focusing on portability.
The Swift Spin 14 AI measures just 15.9mm to 16.5mm thin while weighing only 1.34kg, making it easy to carry inside backpacks or work bags.
Despite the slim profile, Acer still includes a full selection of ports including dual USB Type-C, dual USB Type-A and HDMI 2.1 connectivity.
The laptop also features an aluminium chassis finished in cobalt blue and meets MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability standards for improved reliability during travel and daily usage.

As a Windows 11 Copilot+ PC, the Swift Spin 14 AI supports Microsoft’s latest AI features including Click-to-Do for context-aware workflow assistance.
Acer additionally bundles several of its own AI-powered applications including AcerSense for system management and Acer PurifiedView for webcam enhancements during video conferencing.
The built-in 5MP IR camera also supports Windows Hello facial recognition alongside automatic locking features when users move away from the laptop.
For audio, Acer integrates DTS:X Ultra alongside dual speakers and Acer PurifiedVoice AI noise reduction technology to improve voice clarity during meetings and calls.
Wireless connectivity is also future-ready, with support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and Bluetooth LE Audio.
Aspire Go 15 Targets Affordable Everyday Computing
Alongside the premium Swift Spin 14 AI, Acer also introduced the Aspire Go 15, becoming the company’s first laptop powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon C platform.
Unlike the flagship-focused Swift lineup, the Aspire Go 15 is designed for mainstream users looking for reliable performance for daily tasks such as web browsing, streaming, office work and online learning.
The laptop features a 15.6-inch display with slimmer bezels, up to 8GB memory and up to 512GB storage while maintaining a cooler and quieter operating experience.
Connectivity includes dual USB Type-C ports, HDMI output and Wi-Fi 6E support.
Acer is also positioning the Aspire Go 15 as a more environmentally friendly option, with packaging made from 100% recyclable materials and components incorporating post-consumer recycled plastics.
Acer Continues Expanding Snapdragon Laptop Ecosystem
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon-powered Windows ecosystem has expanded aggressively over the past year, with manufacturers increasingly embracing ARM-based processors for thinner laptops, better battery life and AI-focused computing experiences.
With the Swift Spin 14 AI and Aspire Go 15, Acer is now covering both premium and entry-level segments, showing how Snapdragon platforms are gradually becoming viable alternatives to traditional Intel and AMD laptops.
The Acer Swift Spin 14 AI is expected to launch globally starting July and August 2026 depending on region, while availability details for the Aspire Go 15 will be announced later.
