Acer Malaysia has officially introduced its latest lineup of gaming monitors, headlined by the Predator X27U F5 and Predator X34 X5, alongside the more accessible Nitro KG3 series, bringing high refresh rate gaming and vibrant visuals to both competitive and casual gamers. With this launch, Acer is doubling down on immersive gaming experiences, offering ultra-fast OLED panels and high-performance IPS displays tailored for different segments of the market.
Predator X27U F5 โ 500Hz OLED for Competitive Gaming
The Predator X27U F5 is a 26.5-inch WQHD OLED gaming monitor designed for esports-level performance, featuring an ultra-fast 500Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms response time for exceptionally smooth and responsive gameplay. With Dynamic Frequency and Resolution technology, gamers can switch between 500Hz at FHD for competitive play or WQHD at 60Hz for sharper visuals.
Beyond speed, the monitor delivers strong colour performance with 99% DCI-P3 coverage and Delta E<2 accuracy, alongside VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support for deeper contrast and tear-free gameplay. For gamers who prefer a more immersive experience, the Predator X34 X5 features a 34-inch UWQHD OLED display with a 1800R curvature that wraps around the userโs field of view. This creates a more cinematic and engaging experience, especially for open-world and simulation games.
The display supports a 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time, ensuring smooth visuals with minimal motion blur. With 99% DCI-P3 colour coverage, Delta E<1 accuracy and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification, the X34 X5 delivers vibrant colours and excellent contrast. Acer Nitro KG3 Series โ Accessible WQHD Gaming
The Acer Nitro KG3 series is designed to bring high-performance WQHD gaming to a wider audience, available in 23.8-inch (KG243YU P1) and 27-inch (KG273U P1) variants. Both models feature WQHD IPS panels with HDR10 support, delivering sharp visuals and vibrant colour reproduction for gaming, entertainment and everyday use.
Built for smooth gameplay, the monitors offer a 144Hz refresh rate, 1ms VRB response time and AMD FreeSync support, reducing motion blur and screen tearing. The slim 7.2mm ZeroFrame design makes them suitable for multi-monitor setups, while Acer VisionCare technologies help reduce eye strain during extended sessions. Additional features include tilt adjustment, VESA mount compatibility, dual built-in speakers and essential connectivity options such as HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4.
The Predator X27U F5, Predator X34 X5 and Nitro KG243YU P1 are now available in Malaysia via authorised Acer resellers and the Acer eStore, while pre-orders for the Nitro KG27U P1 are open until April 20, 2026. Acer is also offering limited-time promotions for purchases made before April 14, 2026, with all Predator models backed by a three-year on-site warranty including OLED burn-in protection, while the Nitro series comes with a three-year pickup and return warranty.
