Acer Malaysia has introduced the 2023 Swift X 14, it is a thin and lightweight creator laptop that packs powerful internals with a 14-inch 2.8K OLED 120Hz display.
The Swift X 14 is powered by up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 discrete graphics, it features a redesigned chassis that accommodates a 29% larger battery and an all-new thermal design that results in a 7.16% heat dissipation performance improvement compared to its predecessor, while the laptop only weighs 1.55kg.
On top of that, the laptop comes with up to 32GB LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB SSD, it also comes with a host of ports, including a full-size HDMI 2.1 port, two USB-A and two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, though the USB-C ports don’t support PD charging and doesn’t come with Thunderbolt connectivity, there’s thankfully a MicroSD card reader that will make transferring photos or expanding storage more convenient.
The Swift X 14 is equipped with a 1080p webcam that offers a smooth 60 fps framerate for clear and smooth video calls, there’s also Acer PurifiedView and PurifiedVoice with AI Noise Reduction that ensures great video and audio quality in challenging environments.
The Swift X 14 will be available in 13th Gen Intel Core i5-13500H and 13700H processor variants, the base spec model comes with 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, 512GB of storage and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics for RM5,999, and the decked-out model will retail at RM7,399.
Customers can head over to Acer authorised dealers nationwide to purchase the laptop now, and for a limited time till 31 July 2023, customers who purchased the laptop will be entitled to RM529 worth of free gifts, including a Porsche Wireless Mouse and Acer Supercare extended warranty that covers accidental damage and theft.
