Acer has unveiled its Swift 14 AI laptop, the first in its Copilot+ PC series, developed in collaboration with Microsoft and Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. This launch marks a significant milestone in the integration of AI capabilities on Windows 11, promising a new era of user experiences and enhanced productivity.
The Acer Swift 14 AI, powered by Snapdragon X Elite, features 12 high-performance CPU cores on a 4nm process node, an integrated Qualcomm Adreno GPU of 3.8 TFLOPS, and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU capable of 45 TOPS. The device supports up to 32 GB LPDDR5X-8533 memory and up to 1TB NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD, ensuring high system performance for demanding multi-tasking workloads.
Reflecting its modern capabilities, the Swift 14 AI boasts a unique AI icon on its cover and an Activity Indicator on the touchpad. The laptop features a 14.5-inch WQXGA IPS display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB color gamut support, available with touchscreen options. It also includes a 1440p QHD IR webcam with a triple microphone array and privacy shutter, supporting Acer’s AI-boosted conferencing tools in Acer PurifiedView 2.0 and Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0.
The Swift 14 AI includes Windows Hello for biometric and facial recognition login, ensuring quick and secure access. Sustainability is a key focus, with the device utilizing PCR plastic, shipping with 100% recyclable packaging, and receiving EPEAT Gold certification. It also features Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, offering speeds of up to 5.8 Gbps and low network latency, along with multiple USB ports for flexibility.
The Acer Swift 14 AI (SF14-11) will be available in North America in July, starting at USD 1,099, and in EMEA in June, starting at EUR 1,499.
