With Chinese New Year just around the corner, Acer has taken the opportunity to launch three new monitors, ranging from extra-large 4K monitors, all the way to curved screen gaming monitors.
The first of the new monitors is the ET430K, a 43″ monitor that provides a wide angle viewing experience. The monitor has a 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution, built-in 7W speakers, 10 bit colour depth, and Acer’s own Super Sharpness technology. Other features of the ET430K include a Picture-in-Picture (PIP) mode for multitasking purposes, as well as BlueLightShield, Flicker-less and ComfyView technology for a better viewing experience. The Acer ET430K retails for RM2,299.
Next up on the list is the XR342CK, a 34″ curved gaming monitor. The monitor has a QHD (3440 x 1440) resolution, and it comes with 6-axis colour adjustment and DTS Sound technology that enhances the audiovisual experience. On top of that, the screen comes with an advanced IPS panel technology, allowing for great colour accuracy while having a viewing angle of 178-degree. Rounding up the XR342CK includes a PIP mode, a daisy-chain mode for multimonitor purposes, as well as AMD’s FreeSync technology that gives the monitor a 75Hz refresh rate. The XR342CK retails for RM3,899.
Rounding up the list of monitors, we have the Predator XB321HK. This monitor has a 32″ 4K screen that support 100% of the sRGB gamut a refresh rate of up to 60Hz, and a fast gray-to-gray (GTG) response time of 4ms. The Predator XB321HK also comes with advanced IPS panel technology and Nvidia’s G-Sync technology. In order to leverage the potential of the monitor, Acer has also implemented the GameView feature into the Predator XB321HK. This gaming monitor will go for RM4,799.
