Those of you who rely on either Spotify or Waze for your morning commute, we have some good news for you. Both Waze and Spotify have announced that they’re entering a partnership that will see Spotify’s music streaming feature and Waze’s navigation feature integrated to the apps of the other company.

For Android users with the Spotify app, you can now access Waze directly from the app itself. Assuming your version of Spotify is up to date, you’ll be able to see a blue “Start Waze” bar at the top of the Spotify app. From there, you’ll be able to set your destination and use Waze as per normal all while listening to your Spotify playlist. Unfortunately, iOS users will not be getting this feature.

As for Android users with the Waze app, Waze will soon come with a Spotify button located just under the navigation info panel. Tapping on said Spotify icon will cause the last song you’ve listened to on Spotify to begin playing automatically, allowing you to continue your commute without needing to play around with your Spotify playlist. iOS users will be receiving this feature, although it’ll come after it is made available on Android.
