HONOR has officially launched the HONOR Pad 20 Series nationwide in Malaysia, expanding its Android tablet lineup with the HONOR Pad 20 and the more powerful HONOR Pad 20 Pro. Prices start from RM1,999, while eligible students can enjoy a 15% education discount that brings the starting price down to RM1,699.15.
The new tablets are designed to bridge the gap between entertainment and laptop-style productivity, featuring large 12.1-inch 3K displays, a massive 10,100mAh battery, PC Mode, PC-Class WPS Office and a collection of built-in AI productivity tools. The launch also marks the Malaysian debut of the HONOR Pad 20 Pro, which adds a Paperlike Display and flagship-class Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor.
12.1-inch 3K Display With Up to 165Hz Refresh Rate

Both models feature a 12.1-inch 3K HONOR Eye-Comfort Display accompanied by a six-speaker surround sound system. The standard HONOR Pad 20 supports a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Pad 20 Pro pushes this to 165Hz for smoother scrolling, gaming and general navigation.
The Pad 20 also incorporates six eye-comfort technologies, including hardware-level low blue light, DC Dimming, Dynamic Dimming, AI Circadian Night Display, Nature Tone Display and AI Defocus Display. TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free certifications are included, alongside Motion Sickness Relief for users viewing the tablet while travelling.
The Pad 20 Pro differentiates itself with its Paperlike Display, which uses a soft-light anti-glare matte surface to reduce reflections while creating a more natural pen-on-paper experience when paired with the HONOR Magic-Pencil 4S.
Performance also receives a significant boost on the Pro model. The HONOR Pad 20 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, while the regular Pad 20 uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, giving both tablets enough performance for multitasking, productivity, entertainment and gaming.
PC Mode and Built-In AI Turn the Pad 20 Into a Productivity Device

HONOR is putting considerable emphasis on productivity with the Pad 20 Series. PC Mode provides a desktop-style interface when a keyboard and mouse are connected, while users can have up to 15 windows open simultaneously and freely resize or reposition them.
Three-way and four-way Split-Screen layouts further expand multitasking possibilities, allowing students to attend an online class while simultaneously taking notes and viewing reference material, for instance.
HONOR has also worked with WPS to provide PC-Class WPS Office, offering desktop-style document editing and consistent document formatting between the tablet and PC. A customisable File Manager provides a more conventional desktop-like approach to organising files.
AI features previously found on HONOR’s flagship Magic Series tablets are also making their way to the Pad 20 Series. HONOR AI Memo can record conversations and transcribe speech in real time, translate transcriptions into another language and automatically summarise lengthy lectures or meetings into key points.
HONOR Notes adds AI Reading for summarising written material, creating audio summaries and converting information into mind maps. AI Creation can meanwhile refine writing, adjust its length and proofread content.
Cross-platform connectivity is another major focus. HONOR Connect allows files to be transferred between supported iOS, macOS, Android and Windows devices, while iWork files created using Pages, Numbers and Keynote can be converted into Microsoft Office formats for editing and sharing.
Massive 10,100mAh Battery With Up to 66W Charging

Both HONOR Pad 20 models are equipped with a 10,100mAh battery, which HONOR claims can provide up to 71 days of standby time, nine hours of video playback, seven hours of gaming, 10 hours of HONOR Notes usage or 14 hours of reading.
Charging speeds differ between the two models. The standard Pad 20 supports 45W wired charging, while the Pad 20 Pro increases this to 66W.
In Malaysia, the HONOR Pad 20 Pro with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage, including 8GB HONOR RAM Turbo, is priced at RM2,499. The Pad 20 Wi-Fi with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, including 6GB RAM Turbo, costs RM1,999, while the Pad 20 5G with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage, including 8GB RAM Turbo, is priced at RM2,299.
Each purchase comes with complimentary gifts worth up to RM898, including a smart Bluetooth keyboard and HONOR Magic-Pencil 4S. The standard Pad 20 receives the USB-C version of the stylus, while the Pro supports the magnetic version for easier attachment and charging.
Eligible students can receive a 15% education discount, bringing the HONOR Pad 20 Series down to as low as RM1,699.15.
The HONOR Pad 20 Series is now available through HONOR Malaysia’s official online and physical retail channels as well as participating retailers. The HONOR Pad 20 5G is additionally available through CelcomDigi and Maxis.
