Acer Malaysia has expanded its monitor lineup with the new Acer CA1 series, a pair of smart monitors designed to move around the home rather than remain permanently attached to a desk. Available in 27-inch and 31.5-inch sizes, the Acer CA271 and CA321QK combine an adjustable wheeled stand, built-in battery, touchscreen functionality and Android-powered entertainment features.

Unlike a conventional monitor, the CA1 series uses Acer’s wheeled ErgoStand, allowing the entire display to be moved between rooms. Users could use it as a second screen while working at the dining table, move it into the kitchen for recipes, or roll it into the bedroom for watching movies and shows.
The stand supports height, tilt and orientation adjustments to accommodate different viewing positions, while a built-in battery provides up to three hours of use without connecting to a power outlet.
A Smart Display That Can Follow You Around the Home

The Acer CA271 features a 27-inch display, while the CA321QK steps up to a larger 31.5-inch panel. Both use VA display technology with wide viewing angles, while the series offers up to 4K UHD resolution and up to 85% coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut.
More importantly, these aren’t simply portable monitors mounted onto wheeled stands. The CA1 series runs on the Android platform, giving users direct access to entertainment services including Netflix and YouTube as well as Google services without requiring a connected PC.

Up to 10-point touchscreen support makes navigating apps and content more natural, while built-in Wi-Fi enables standalone streaming. Wireless screen mirroring is also supported, allowing content from a smartphone or laptop to be displayed on the larger screen without connecting a cable.
The monitors can also connect to compatible IoT smart home environments through the home Wi-Fi network. Bluetooth support allows accessories such as keyboards, mice and external speakers to be connected, potentially turning the CA1 into a lightweight workstation or entertainment centre depending on where it is being used.

Acer has even integrated an 8MP camera for video calls and casual photography. For privacy, a physical sliding camera cover can block the camera when it isn’t required.
The Acer CA321QK is priced at RM3,499 and is available immediately through authorised Acer resellers and the Acer eStore. The smaller Acer CA271 costs RM2,699 and is available for pre-order until September 30, 2026.

Customers who purchase the CA321QK before September 30 will receive an Acer PM191QE portable monitor worth RM469, while CA271 pre-orders come with an Acer PM161QJ2 portable monitor worth RM299, while stocks last. Both CA1 models are covered by a three-year pick-up and return warranty.
Predator X27U W2 Brings 240Hz QD-OLED Gaming to RM1,799

Acer Malaysia has also launched the Predator X27U W2 for gamers looking for a high-refresh-rate OLED monitor without stepping into significantly higher price brackets.
The Predator X27U W2 features a 26.5-inch WQHD QD-OLED panel capable of a refresh rate of up to 240Hz and an ultra-fast 0.03ms response time. It covers 99% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut with Delta E<2 colour accuracy, making it suitable for both gaming and colour-sensitive content.
NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible support helps minimise screen tearing and stuttering during gameplay, while HDMI 2.1 provides connectivity for newer gaming hardware. Its ergonomic stand supports tilt, swivel, pivot and height adjustments for greater flexibility when setting up a gaming station.
The Predator X27U W2 is available now in Malaysia for RM1,799 through authorised Acer resellers and the Acer eStore. Purchases made before September 30, 2026 will also receive a complimentary Acer PM161QJ2 portable monitor worth RM299, while stocks last.
With the CA1 series, Acer is effectively moving the monitor away from the traditional desk setup and turning it into a screen that can travel between different spaces around the home. Meanwhile, the Predator X27U W2 targets a very different audience with its combination of QD-OLED image quality, 240Hz gaming and an aggressive RM1,799 price.
