Facebook has been bringing many new features to users this year, and it seems like it’s trying to take on many competitors with its new features, like Facebook Dating that resembles Tinder, Facebook’s Lasso that resembles TikTok and the new Learn with Facebook that seem to be in competition with LinkedIn.

The new Learn with Facebook is a site for people to develop their careers by learning through courses and lessons provide by the site such as the free “Ace Your Interview” and “Manage Your Content Marketing” which provides case studies and tips from experts. The site aims to help users learn skills to advance in the modern workplace where digital marketing has an important aspect when it comes to businesses.

In addition, Facebook is also partnering with Goodwill Community Foundation to offer training to business owners all across United States to ensure that there the site will be able to provide different types of training resources depending on the business owners’ backgrounds. The site is also a result of an earlier pledge made by Facebook to train 1 million US business owners and to ensure that more people are familiar with digital skills to ensure that they can compete in the current work environments.

Aside from that, Facebook has also updated their Jobs on Facebook which helps users to look for jobs by allowing businesses to share jobs opening in Groups for easier job searches, in addition to updating their Mentorship tool that allows the users to share information on what they’re either offering or looking for so that the others in the Groups can narrow down their choices and pick their mentorship partner based on the similar goals and interests.

It is clear that Facebook is trying to be an all-rounder and that Facebook will continue to expand in other areas despite already being the top social media site.
