Thermaltake who is known for their CPU and GPU cooling solutions is moving to a different of cooling technology. The company has announced the X Comfort Air which is an air-cooled gaming chair to specifically cool your butt.
It comes with a set of four fans that are customed made to provide greater volumes of air for improved airflow and speed. They will also provide 75,000-hour lifespan which the company claims are double of the industry standard. The fans are placed in a wind blocker frame that Thermaltake designed to focus the air to the middle section of the blade, creating a compression effect to prevent air from escaping. There is also a three-button controller that lets you adjust the speed of the fan to get your desired level of cooling. The company has actually put some research and testing into this chair as you can see with the thermal imaging that they have taken with the different fan settings to show the heat on the chair.
There are two models, a black and red version, and an all black which both will be priced at $500 (RM2094.75) and is available for purchase now.
