For further expansion, the smartphone includes a dedicated microSD card slot.
Coming to optics, the Redmi 7A is equipped with a single 13MP camera at the rear and supports AI-powered features such as AI scene detection. On the front is a 5-megapixel snapper with AI beautification and AI face unlock features. Fueling the internals of the entry-level smartphone is a 4000mAh battery with 10W charging support. As for the software, Redmi 7A runs on Pie-based MIUI 10 right out of the box.
The Redmi 7A will be available in two color options: Black and Blue. Pricing and availability details have not been revealed yet. Redmi says these details will be announced on May 28th at the Redmi K20 launch event.
