The great thing about the internet is that everyone can come together and enjoy something, even if that something wasn’t exactly wade for everyone – case in point, YouTube’s upcoming virtual graduation event that’s being set up for the senior graduating class of 2020 – possibly for both high school and college students.

Graduations in the US-of-A are usually grand affairs – more grandiose than what we do here definitely; sometimes, these schools get celebrity alumni to give commencement speeches – but YouTube will be taking things up several notches.

Their Graduate With Me livestream will have as commencement speakers, notable names such as former US president Barack Obama, former First Lady Michelle Obama, Google CEO Sundar Pichai, world-renowned activist Malala Yousafzai, Lady-friggin-Gaga, and your favourite K-Pop group, BTS.

There will also be special appearances, possibly performances and talks, by Alicia Keys, The Try Guys, Dude Perfect, Zendaya and more. The livestream will commence this June 6, 12pm PST (June 7, 3am in Malaysia). So if you’re due to graduate sometime this month or the next, this virtual ceremony is for you too.
