SanDisk has added a new player into its mobile storage lineup with a new wireless mobile flash drive. The SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick, which features a higher capacity of up to 200GB, enables easy sharing, transferring and sharing of photos and videos between computers and mobile devices, along with an introduction of a new app.
Users of the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick will have more freedom to save and access files from WiFi compatible devices. With features such as high-quality photo capture and Full HD video, SanDisk provides a range of capacity options to suit consumer’s storage needs.
The wireless device allows users to wirelessly stream HD videos and music from up to three mobile devices at a time. SanDisk claims that the device is able to support a single stream for up to 4 hours on a single charge. The SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick also has a USB connector for direct transfers between computers.
The new SanDisk Connect app enables easier management of the Wireless Stick’s content across different devices and platforms. With features such as auto-backup, the SanDisk Connect app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play Store.
The SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick comes with a two year warranty and is now available at various retail stores at capacities ranging from 16GB at RM129 to 128GB at RM499. The 200GB variant will be made available later this year.
