Rumors indicate Apple is working on their own high-end headphones

Rumours are in the air about Apple working on releasing its own pair of high-end noise-cancelling, over-ear headphone and is targeted to launch at the end of 2018. The headphones are said to rival the likes of Bose and Beats by Dre which is odd, seeing as Apple owns the latter brand. However, Bloomberg has reported that they are going to some redesign issues with similar issues as they face with the HomePod.

It is said that the headphones will have the same pairing feature as the AirPods but based on Bloomberg sources, there is a big possibility that the headphones will be going through a design overhaul or the entire project might be scrapped altogether.

There is no indication of the price of the headphone, but like all Apple products, we should be expecting a premium price that comes with owning any of their products. Some of the Beats headphones can cost up to $300, expect the price of the headphones to be more than that.
