OPPO Find X3 Pro specs revealed on cloud testing platform

The OPPO Find X3 Pro will be launching soon, but key specs of the phone have been exposed ahead of launch thanks to a cloud testing platform.

According to leaked screenshots, the OPPO phone model PEEM00 comes with 12GB RAM, 256GB storage and runs on a Qualcomm chip which has a 2.8GHz core paired with three 2.42Ghz big cores and four 1.80Ghz small cores — the Snapdragon 888 chip fits the description.

We also know the the Find X3 Pro will ship with ColorOS 11.2 based on Android 11 and has a 6.7-inch display that pushes 1440 x 3216 resolution. It’s a given that the phone will come with an AMOLED panel and previous leaks have suggested that it’ll have variable refresh rate ranging from 10Hz to 120Hz.

Quad camera setup with two 50MP sensors?

GSMArena also pointed out that the 16MP main camera could be the post-binning resolution, so we can expect a 48/64MP lens on the Find X3 Pro. It’ll be accompanied by a macro lens which has an LED ring around it and two extra 50MP lens in which one is probably a telephoto lens.

What’s with the OPPO Find X3 Pro’s weird camera bump?

Like Samsung, OPPO is also switching up the camera bump design — the Find X3 has a ‘seamless’ camera bump design so the camera setup doesn’t look as detached from the rest of the phone. We get that smartphone brands are trying to be more creative in phone designs, but we’re not sure if OPPO is going the right way.
