Microsoft Office can now be downloaded on all Chromebooks

Chromebook owners who are looking for other options when it comes to word processing will be happy to know that now you can use Microsoft Office on your Chromebooks. Previously, it was preinstalled on selected Chromebooks and there were no options to install it from the Play Store until today.

Certain users have voiced their distaste on the lack of support that Google has for their other Chromebooks and had to resort to using Google’s docs or other third-party applications that sometimes don’t even reach the capability that Microsoft had. What was even odder, was that when Google made Play Store official on Chromebooks, everyone could download the whole Microsoft Office Suite without any issues, but after a couple of days others could not seem to download them and some who deleted the apps could not install them again. Others had issues where only selected apps could be downloaded but not the full suite.

It looks like Google has gotten their act together and now Microsoft Office can be downloading in its entirety which is probably a good thing as a lot of people from the working and schooling line depend on these apps.
