McDonald’s now accepts payment via Touch ’n Go eWallet

Touch ’n Go eWallet is now one of the many payment methods you can use when you buy meals at McDonald’s.

McDonald’s started contactless services back in 2017

Back in the days, we Malaysians used to order and pay for our McDonald’s meals at the counter; it wasn’t until a few years back that McDonald’s Malaysia introduced its self-service kiosks in its outlets. If you’ve tried ordering via its kiosk before, then you’ll know you can choose to pay at the counter or use your credit/debit card at the kiosk. You can even use Maybank’s QR Pay.

Now, you can also use Touch ’n Go eWallet to pay for your purchases. Whether it’s drive-thru, McDelivery, at the self-service kiosk or at the counter, McDonald’s is accepting the e-wallet payment. To promote this new cashless payment, Touch ’n Go is also giving a RM5 cashback to their users — just spend a minimum of RM25. Each user will only get one cashback during the campaign period which is from November 2 to December 31, 2020.

You can download both the Touch ‘n Go eWallet and McDonald’s app on Play Store and App Store.
