Huawei MediaPad M3 and Nova Plus arrives in Malaysia

Back in September, Huawei debuted an entirely new line of mid-range smartphones called Nova, as well as the new MediaPad M3 at IFA 2016 in Berlin. Today, the Nova Plus and the MediaPad M3 has made landfall in Malaysia.

For the Nova line of mid-range smartphones, Huawei has decided only to bring in the Nova Plus. This device comes with a 5.5″ screen, and is powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage space, and a 3,340mAh battery. The phone comes with a 16MP rear camera with OIS, phase-detection autofocus, and 1.25 micron pixels and an 8MP front camera. The Nova Plus comes in Titanium Grey and Prestige Gold colours, and will retail for RM1,499.

Moving on to tablets, the MediaPad M3 is an 8.4″ tablet that features a WQHD+ display. It is powered by Huawei’s own Kirin 950 processor, 4GB of RAM, a 5,100mAh battery, and up to 64GB of storage space. Other selling points of the MediaPad M3 includes a dual 1-watt speaker system co-engineered by Harmon Kardon and 8MP cameras on both the front and rear of the tablet. The MediaPad M3 will come in two versions, with the 32GB version going for RM1,699 while the 64GB version retails for RM1,999.
