Google Flights lands in Malaysia

After a 5 year wait, Google Flights is now available for use in Malaysia.

To those who are unaware of what Google Flights is, the service functions as both a trip planner, and a plane ticket price aggregator. With this service, you can select your duration and period of your trip and location, and the service would automatically list down all known flights that will be departing from the nearest airport.

Once you’ve selected your flight, Google Flights would then provide you with the link to the airline’s website, allowing you to confirm your booking on the spot.

The same service would also allow you to book hotel rooms as well. Much like the booking a flight, all you need to do to book a hotel is to enter your destination, and Google will pull up a list of hotels and list them depending on quality or price. From there, all you need to do is to find the one that suits your budget, and the service would lead you to the hotel’s website.
