Google Assistant is getting a new look with better support for touch input

Google Assistant might not be widely used by most of us, but it is rather convenient especially if your hands are tied up with a certain task and you perhaps need to make a call or just search for fast information.

Google has announced that they are revamping the interface of Google Assistant to make it easy for searching, organizing and just making it overall friendlier for voice and touch inputs. Perhaps the biggest design change is with pictures, as they are bigger and there are sliders for adjusting smart home devices. They have also added a shortcut to see an overall view of your day and you can swipe up to see suggestions based on your schedule.

The changes bring a nice touch to Assistant as most of the time we are barking commands at the voice assistant but never really explored the other tricks and features Assistant can offer.
