Alcatel OneTouch spills specs of Idol 4 and Idol 4S

OEM Alcatel OneTouch has accidentally posted up product pages of the Idol 4 and the Idol 4S on its website. The pages however, have since been taken down. Slip-ups like this aren’t surprising, with manufacturing giants such as Apple having made such blunders before.

Back in 2014, Apple has mistakenly updated its manual for iOS 8, with new images of the iPad Air 2 before the tablet was officially launched. This proves that Alcatel OneTouch wasn’t the first out of many past blunders by other OEM’s.

We’ve had our eyes on the specs of both the Idol 4 and Idol 4S before both their pages were removed by Alcatel OneTouch. The Idol 4 will have a 5.2 inch 1080p display, 2 or 3GB of RAM, a 13MP rear facing camera and 8MP selfie shooter, powered by a 2160mAh battery.

The Idol 4S on the other hand will be sporting a 5.5 inch QHD display, maintaining 3GB of RAM, a 16MP rear facing camera and 8MP front facing camera, powered by a bigger 3000mAh battery. Both devices will be featuring Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Idol 4 and 4S will be featuring a Snapdragon 617 and 652 underneath the hood respectively.

Since the pages were taken down, there seems to be no remnants left of both these devices which have yet to be launched. What do you think about both their specs? Comment below!
