Acer Iconia One 8 specs and design has been listed by the FCC

With all the new smartphones releasing into the market, tablets have been pushed far away from the spotlight that there are just a handful of options when it comes to buying one. However, there are still companies that believe tablets can still be part of our lives and Acer is one of them.

The Acer Iconia One 8 has just showed up on FCC’s website and it comes with an 800 x 1280 resolution 8-inch screen and is equipped with a MediaTek MT8167A processor clocked at 1.3GHz, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. On the rear is a 5MP camera and the front houses a 2MP camera, you might not get decent shots with the cameras but it should work fine with capturing documents or video calls. It also has Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFI b/g/n and is powered by a 4500mAh battery.

Based on the sketches, it comes with curved corners and there is a speaker grill on the back lower right of the device and it comes with a 3.5mm jack. We should be getting more information on the price and release date soon.
